Telescopic Cantilever Racking
Telescopic cantilever rack is based on ordinary cantilever racking, for the cantilever is endowed with free telescopic function, in access to irregular or longer items (furniture, tubing lumber etc.), turn the winch, cantilever can be freely retracted, convenient for bridge crane operating.
Uprights: Uprights are an essential part of a cantilever storage rack system. They are installed with the bases, which makes the entire system robust. Uprights are divided into single-sided and double-sided types, made from high-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel as raw material, with a hole spacing of 100mm. The cantilever arms can be adjusted vertically based on hole spacing units.
Beams: Also called arms in cantilever steel rack, act as levels for storing goods. They come in horizontal and tilted (2°~4°) types. Light-duty rack cantilever arms are embedded into the uprights, while heavy-duty rack cantilever arms require bolt connections.
Base: Base Construction Using High Load-Bearing H-Beam for Enhanced Cantilever Rack Stability in Both Vertical and Horizontal Directions.
Cross Braces: Cross braces horizontally connect the uprights, and eight forks crisscross connect the uprights, enhancing the torsion and stability of the cantilever rack.
Applications
Storage of metal profiles in their standard length of 6 or 12 meters is a relatively complex task.
