Cantilever rack consists of the following components:
Uprights: Uprights are an essential part of a cantilever storage rack system. They are installed with the bases, which makes the entire system robust. Uprights are divided into single-sided and double-sided types, made from high-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel as raw material, with a hole spacing of 100mm. The cantilever arms can be adjusted vertically based on hole spacing units.
Beams: Beams, also called arms in cantilever steel rack, act as levels for storing goods. They come in horizontal and tilted (2°~4°) types. Light-duty rack cantilever arms are embedded into the uprights, while heavy-duty rack cantilever arms require bolt connections.
Base: Base Construction Using High Load-Bearing H-Beam for Enhanced Cantilever Rack Stability in Both Vertical and Horizontal Directions.
Cross Braces: Cross braces horizontally connect the uprights, and eight forks crisscross connect the uprights, enhancing the torsion and stability of the cantilever rack.
