Push-back racking: Push-back racking is composed of pallet racking and combined with trolley and around 2° guide rail. The push back pallet rack uses heavy-duty carts to form 2 to 5-pallets-deep configurations, single pallet loading capacity is less than 1000kg.
The racking has a slight downward slope, allowing pallets to be easily moved in and out.
Wheeled carts are used to hold the pallets. These carts can be nested within each other, allowing multiple pallets to be stored in the same storage location.
The last pallet loaded on the sloped rail can be retrieved first, suited for warehouses with consistent inventory turnover.
Push-back racking is commonly used in retail distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and cold storage warehouses. It provides an excellent balance of storage density, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
