Solution Introduction

AS/RS is the main application form in the field of non-dense automated storage. The system consists of a stacker crane, pallet conveying system, AS/RS racking system, and WMS/WCS management and control system.

Compared to dense storage systems, this system can manage any pallet position and is suitable for storage modes with a large number of SKUs and requirements for return and sorting.

According to the requirements of the project, single-deep or double-deep design can be carried out to compensate for insufficient storage density. The design of a circular rail can be carried out based on the different efficiency of inbound and outbound operations, in order to reduce the number of stacker cranes and lower costs.

The stacker crane is the core equipment of the system. The equipment consists of a horizontal driving device, vertical lifting device, and telescopic fork. The main body of the stacker crane adopts a stable reinforced dual-mast structure, the horizontal drive adopts a high-quality walking device, the lifting adopts a winch lifting design, and the forks are selected from premium imported brands. The overall design is compact. Use QR code precise positioning control in both horizontal and vertical directions. The whole machine has innovative design, stable structure, fast driving speed, high acceleration, high positioning accuracy, and low driving noise. The specially treated anti-low temperature design makes this system also suitable for cold storage projects.
