The Thermoformed HDPE Lid has a dual function: it offers superior protection for your contents and enables the secure stacking of multiple containers. This ensures the safety of your items during transport and storage, while also maximizing space efficiency.
The extruded Polypropylene Sleeve preserves the container's structural integrity, securely holding items without any deformation, bulging, or tearing. Moreover, the sleeve can be folded flat for reverse logistics, optimizing space. We can provide Single Piece Pallet Sleeves and Multi-part Pallet Sleeves.
The thermoformed HDPE Pallet serves as the foundation of the container and is compatible with AGVs and traditional forklifts. The pallets and lids with high framed rims ensure product protection and safe return stacking.
The top lid and bottom pallet base are manufactured from thermoformed High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), while the collapsible sleeve is constructed from highly durable extruded Polypropylene (PP).
Thanks to the collapsible design of the sleeve, the containers can be folded down flat, yielding up to an 80% reduction in volume. This significantly lowers reverse logistics costs.
