1. How do I measure a box correctly?
The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place the carton in front of you with the open end up. Length is the longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining vertical dimension from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I get a custom price quote?
For most customized projects, once we confirm the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type, caliper, printing requirements, and expected order quantity, we can provide you with an accurate price quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my custom products?
As a general standard rule, it takes approximately 2 weeks for us to manufacture and finish your custom-designed and printed packaging products.
4. Can I request a custom designed and constructed packaging box?
Yes. We operate as a custom manufacturing shop. We design and construct each individual project based on specific customer needs, unique artworks, and technical requirements.
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to industrial machine setup costs and shipping freight factors, our minimum order quantity is 3000 pcs. It is highly recommended to order full 20"GP or 40"HC shipments to minimize the per-unit product pricing and logistical costs.
6. Can you assist with the structural and graphic design?
Yes, our professional engineering team has rich experience in custom gift and cardboard box design. Share your design concepts, graphics, and high-resolution logo files with us, and we will help you arrange them into a production-ready package design.
