A: Standard export package. All parts packed by steel belt and covered by plastic film.

2 What is your delivery time?

A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types, normally is 15 to 30 days after receipt of the deposit.

3 How to place an order to us?

A: Just contact us via Email, WhatsApp or telephone to confirm the product, Wire the deposit by T/T, then we will start to design and manufacture.

4 How could I install the racks?

A: We provide detailed install instruction for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.

5 May I know the status of my order?

A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stages of your order. You will get the latest information in time.

6 What else can you do?

A: We manufacture various warehouse racks which fit for different types of load. Besides, we can provide AGV automatic handling solutions and ASRS warehouse automation.
