Engineering High-Capacity Steel Platforms for Global Demands
Industrial steel mezzanine floors act as critical infrastructure for global e-commerce and logistics networks. Designed as self-supporting structures, they integrate seamlessly with existing warehouse parameters. Unlike concrete additions, structural steel platforms are modular, dry-assembled, and easily altered to scale alongside logistics operations.
High-Fidelity Material Selection & Quality Assurance
Our raw steel profiles are sourced from premium steel mills, featuring high-tensile Q235B and Q355B structural grades, comparable to European S235JR and S355JR. The physical properties are documented via mill test certificates (MTC) to verify yield strengths, chemical composition, and impact resistance. This structural integrity guarantees safe operation even when bearing continuous pallet storage loads exceeding 1,000 kg per square meter.

Advanced Surface Coatings for Harsh Environments
Dutch maritime climates require robust corrosion prevention. Our production line operates automated electrostatic powder coating booths. Using pure polyester powders cured at precise temperatures, components receive an impact-resistant paint layer measuring 60 to 80 microns thick. For outdoor or cold storage environments, we supply hot-dip galvanized (HDG) columns and beams, adhering to ISO 1461 standards to ensure longevity and minimal maintenance overheads.
